Grand Water Offices

From brand book to grand opening: one studio behind the whole launch.

The challenge

Grand Water Offices is a new name backed by more than a decade of running flexible offices.

The brand had to signal premium without feeling exclusive. It needed to win trust before the doors opened, then fill offices, suites and boardrooms as soon as they did.

What we did

  1. 01

Wrote and designed the brand book: voice, visual identity and the idea behind the name. Grand is spacious and serious, and Water is calm and essential.

  2. 02

Designed and built the website with every rate published to the dollar, location pages, tour booking and service pages for each offering, from virtual offices to IME suites.

  3. 03

Set up and manage Google Business Profiles so the Cambridge location shows up the moment people search.

  4. 04

Run paid advertising to drive tour bookings and memberships.

  5. 05

Run social media, including a six-week launch campaign across Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. It covered Small Business Week, opening day on October 29, 2026, and each service in the order a new member would meet it.

The result

Grand Water Offices opened in Cambridge with a complete brand, a live site, local search presence and a running campaign, all from one studio.
